About Keen Eye Quest
Keen Eye Quest is a free spot the difference game that you can play in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Each level shows two pictures that look the same at first glance. Look closer and you will find that something is missing, a colour has changed, an object is bigger or smaller, something has moved or turned around, or something new has appeared. Tap each difference on either picture to mark it.
The first levels have five differences. As you go on, the number grows until there are twenty in a single picture, the changes become smaller and harder to notice, and the clock gives you less time. You also have a small number of hearts, and every tap in the wrong place costs one. Finish quickly and without mistakes to earn three stars.
Six kinds of scene
The pictures are drawn in six settings: a sunny farm, a busy city, a golden beach, deep space, a cosy kitchen and a quiet forest. Every level is a new picture, and the levels never run out. Each world has ten levels. One of them shows the second picture as a mirror image, one takes place at night with a spotlight that sweeps across both pictures, and one has clouds, birds and other things that move. The tenth level is a larger picture with more to find. Beat it to open the next world and win a sticker for your album.
Three difficulty modes and a daily puzzle
Easy gives you more time and more hearts. Medium is a fair test. Hard has more differences, less time and only three hearts. A new daily challenge appears every day with a bonus for finishing it. Coins buy helpers: one marks a difference for you, a lens circles the area where one is hiding, and you can add time or a heart when you are running low.
Tips for Keen Eye Quest
- Do not look at the whole picture at once. Split it into the sky, the middle and the ground, and compare one strip at a time.
- Count things. If one picture has three clouds and the other has two, you have found a difference without studying a single cloud.
- Check colours last. Missing and added objects are the easiest to see, then size and position, and colour changes are the hardest.
- Look at which way things face. A bird, a car or a boat that points the other way is a difference.
- Never tap when you are unsure. A wrong tap costs a heart, and waiting two more seconds costs almost nothing.
- In night levels, follow the spotlight with your eyes and compare the two lit circles.
