About Nova Shield

Nova Shield is a free space shooter. Move your ship, fire at waves of alien craft and dodge their shots. Destroying enemies drops upgrades and coins.

Each of the 99 levels is a set of waves. At the end of every world you meet a boss with its own attack pattern. Hard difficulty adds more enemies and faster fire.

Controls are touch drag on phones and keyboard or mouse on computers. Power-ups include shields and stronger weapons.

Tips for Nova Shield

• Stay near the bottom so you have time to react.
• Learn the boss pattern during its first few attacks, then move early.
• Pick up upgrades before they fall off the screen.

What is new in Nova Shield

Your ship now flies freely in every direction, moving forward, backward and sideways. Collect power cores to evolve it through five upgrade levels, from a single cannon to a heavy multi-gun fighter, and pick up homing missiles and a piercing laser beam. Enemy fleets include zigzag wings, gunships, kamikaze divers, snipers with warning aim lines, tanks and carriers, and every boss has three attack phases. Taking a hit costs a heart and a power level, so stay sharp.
