Deliverables, milestones, pricing, timelines and any third-party services are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work or invoice.

Where online payment is offered, the available payment method is identified on the invoice or payment page. Payment confirmation is subject to server-side verification by the applicable payment provider.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, lawful content and any access or materials required to complete the agreed work.

5. Third-party services

Some projects may use third-party hosting, software, APIs or payment providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
